Pet policies vary by property. Some homes are pet-friendly with clear guidance and a small additional cleaning deposit or fee; others do not accept pets. Property pages state whether pets are allowed. If travelling with a pet, always declare it at booking — undeclared pets may lead to additional cleaning charges or termination of the booking. We can also advise on nearby pet services and local rules where required.

We operate strict cleaning protocols: each property receives a professional clean between stays using industry-standard disinfecting practices. For longer bookings we offer periodic cleans (weekly/fortnightly) which can be added at booking. High-touch areas (kitchen surfaces, switches, door handles) are given specific attention. Our cancellation policy depends on the rate and booking channel. Flexible rates typically allow partial or full refunds if cancelled within a specified window (e.g., 48–72 hours before check-in). Non-refundable rates will not be refunded but may be amended subject to availability. If you booked via Guesty or a third-party channel, the partner policy may apply. For insurance stays or exceptional circumstances, contact our support team and we’ll explain options — we always aim to be fair and to help rebook where possible.
